Appointments can be booked quickly through our online booking system, which is available across the website. If you prefer, you can also contact the clinic directly by phone or email and our team will assist you in arranging a suitable time.

Standard consultations are up to 30 minutes, allowing time for a thorough discussion, examination and clear medical advice. One hour appointments are also available, if you feel you will require more time. We also offer 15 minute video or telephone consultations for existing patients, where appropriate. Your consultation fee includes any prescriptions or referrals generated from your appointment. Please note, any additional testing such as blood tests, scans and further imaging is at an additional cost.

We are very happy to visit patients at their home or hotel subject to availability. Please see our fees page for more details.

Absolutely, we have an excellent, established network of experienced specialists. Please note, we are not able to refer into NHS services.

If you require urgent medical advice outside clinic hours, please contact NHS 111. In a medical emergency, call 999 or attend the nearest emergency department.

We are covered by some medical insurance policies. It is important you contact your insurance company before your appointment to check your level of cover. We will of course provide you with documentation you may require to help you complete your claim.
