International Health Insurance and Visiting Patients
We warmly welcome all patients and have experience working with many insurance companies. Whenever possible, we will work with your insurance provider to help you get the care you need.
Before making an appointment, please contact your insurance company to ensure your level of cover is sufficient and ask them to provide a Guarantee Of Payment (GOP) document (insurers will often provide this within a couple of hours). When we have a GOP, we are often able to bill your insurance company directly. Alternatively we can provide documentation to help you claim back costs.
We work with Cigna International, Bupa Global, GeoBlue / BlueCross Blueshield Global Solutions and more.

Invoicing
For existing patients payments are due on receipt of services.
New Patients are required to pay their first consultation fee in advance.
Cancellations
We understand you may have to change your appointment time once booked. We are happy to make changes with sufficient notice.
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can make the slot available to other patients
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the consultation fee.
Cancellations made less than 1 hour before your appointment / no show will be charged 100% of the consultation fee.
